Peter Danaher, BROKER,BBA, GRI, LCAM
Peter is the broker/owner of Tropical Shores Realty. He was born in New York and moved to Florida with his family in 1960. He is a member of the Pioneer Club of Boca Raton. Peter graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School, received an AA in Criminal Justice from BCC and a BBA in Accounting from FAU. He worked for Publix Supermarkets for 25 years, 15 as a manager. He also worked as a staff accountant for Publix. Peter is continuously dedicated to improving his skills in order to provide the most pleasurable experience for his customers. He has recently completed his GRI(Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). He is currently working on his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative ).
Beside brokering real estate with Tropical Shores Realty, he manages 3 LLCs, which invest primarily in vacant land in Brevard and Volusia Counties. He is in the process of forming additional LLCs and if interested in becoming a member, please contact him. Peter has a wife(Karen) and 3 children(Corey[24], Megan[20], andCristin[18] ). All 3 children were associated with the Boca Raton High School Band and Pete volunteers many hours with this very worthwhile organization. He is also involved with the Knights of Columbus at St. Joan of Arc Church. Peter feels giving back to the community is an important part of his life and work.
